Water Treatment Plant and Blue Ribbon Booster Station Improvements

Project Description:

This project consisted of the improvements of the Shelbyville WTP and the Blue Ribbon Parkway Booster Station. At the water treatment plant, a new raw water traveling screen, settling basin tube settlers, and high service pump with variable frequency drive were installed to replace existing equipment. Piping, equipment, valves, and media were installed to allow for an additional filter to be placed into service. At the Blue Ribbon Parkway Booster Station, new booster pumps, variable frequency drives, and control valves were installed to renovate the station.
